Hawaiian Themed Birthday Party

This was no ordinary birthday party. The birthday boy not only requested a Hawaiian-themed design, but he also requested to have the party right in the center of the building he built. This way he and his guests could enjoy his latest project. It was a wonderful party!

USC Town & Gown Wedding: Lina & Javier

Before Lina and Javier hired me to help in their wedding, I had never heard of USC Town and Gown Banquet Center. It's a fabulous place to have a wedding reception. There's a gorgeous lobby with a fireplace, historical marble posts and beautiful chandeliers. Lina and Javier were a wonderful couple to work with and I wish them a life filled with happiness!

Think Outside The Box This Holiday!

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure to assist another event planner at The Globe Theater at Universal City Walk.  The event was a staff dinner for hospital staff.  The cocktail hour took place on Barker Street which is right in front of the theater.  Here is an example of how to think outside the box when planning your next event.  Being from a corporate background myself when you work all day in an familiar environment, you look forward to a different atmosphere.  If you ever want to leave your guest wondering what you are planning for next year, make a change this year and think outside the box.
